What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies between Rs 30 to Rs 85, it depends on your shipping destination & the cart value. Shipping Costs relatively higher on low value items.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over Rs 499.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally delivery takes 2 to 8 Business Days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.
Are there any hidden costs on items sold on Ankur Goods Shop?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Ankur Goods Shop. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on this shipping policy.
